"How do I even begin?"
How do I even begin? My son is always asking for Ms. Maria. Although we only had sessions once a week, he wanted to see her several times during the week. She managed to engage him for half an hour and significantly enhanced his speech in no time. Working with Ms. Maria has transformed our family life; now that he can grasp what we say and express himself better, he's more self-assured and his behavior has improved a lot. We can't thank her enough.

"Lori is fantastic"
Lori is fantastic. I’d surely reach out to her for my daughter again down the line. She was super nice and approachable, and she really helped my daughter get better during their time together. I picked up some great tips from her too, and I’m pleased with how everything turned out. Right now, it’s just a matter of money; I can’t keep up with this service anymore.

"Awesome online resource for speech therapy."
Great Speech has been just what my son needed. We’re in a pretty isolated area with limited SLP choices. Thanks to Great Speech, we’ve got early intervention for our little one. Our therapist is amazing and really knows how to keep my toddler interested during the sessions while also collaborating with us as parents.

"Outstanding Experience with Kristie"
Kristie has been fantastic! She provided us with super useful activities and games to do with our son. At the beginning, he hardly ever spoke in phrases and often didn’t use his words to communicate what he wanted. Now, just a few months later, he’s regularly using 4-5 word phrases to share his needs, wants, and thoughts. He’s made incredible progress in such a short time. The guidance we got as parents has been absolutely crucial! Thanks a ton, Ms. Kristie!

"Unethical Practices at Better Speech"
We found a speech therapist via Better Speech. She was great, and we really appreciated her help with our daughter.
Unfortunately, she wasn't making enough cash with Better Speech and chose to go work for another company.
She had already formed a bond with our little girl, and we wanted to keep that going. But Better Speech warned us with legal threats if she kept seeing us.
Our daughter is devastated.
We won't be going back to Better Speech.

"A Bit of a Mixed Bag"
As a contracted SLP with this company, I find Zoom and the documentation system pretty useful (most features). That said, the activity library could use some more work to cater to all clients' needs. Sadly, there are a few hiccups with the office and billing department, the marketing and new client referral process, and the internal communication that I think could use some sprucing up. On the bright side, I truly appreciate the variety of clients I've had the chance to work with over time.

"Zoom is Great for Better Speech"
Better Speech makes use of Zoom, which is hands down the top platform for speech therapy sessions. They offer a fantastic library of materials for therapy and homework tasks. The customer service and tech support are top-notch. My supervisors are SLPs, so they totally get my expectations and needs for delivering top-quality service. Better Speech doesn’t micromanage my clinical decisions and treats me like a pro. The pay is more competitive compared to other companies. Throughout the years, I’ve worked in various settings, and this has been my best telehealth experience yet.

"Sondra: Our Lifeline"
Without Sondra, we probably would’ve ditched Better Speech. She was the steady presence when the communication from customer service and management was hit or miss. My kid still wants to say hi to her, and I truly wish her nothing but the best. Thanks for the great experience working together!

"Gained Confidence Thanks to Better Speech!"
Better Speech has really boosted my confidence when it comes to talking! I’ve struggled with stuttering for a long time. It’s been a tough road for me. After my brother encouraged me, I decided to give speech therapy a shot, which a buddy suggested. Now, after several months of sessions, I can honestly say I've made some solid progress!

"Adriana is amazing"
Adriana showed immense patience and support when my stroke affected my memory. We tackled a variety of memory tests and exercises as a team, and she played a big role in helping me slowly rebuild my confidence, allowing me to get back to everyday tasks like driving. We wrapped up our last session today, but I reckon I’ll keep using some of the techniques she shared, like maintaining a daily memory journal, for the long haul. Huge thanks to you, Adriana!
